Shipping Information
Orders placed via the website and paid for via PayPal before 2:00pm from Monday to Friday are mailed on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the next working day.
If for any reason there’s a delay with the normal delivery time, we will get in touch to tell you what we are doing.
Order placed for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland may take slightly longer to arrive.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our testing kits and we have 3 mailing options for addresses in the UK
FREE Delivery
Deliveries made using our FREE delivery service are sent by Second Class Royal Mail and will generally be with you within 2-3 working days – so if you order on Monday, you should get your order by Thursday, though occasionally this can take a little longer.
Standard Delivery Service – £2.95
Testing Kits sent via our Standard Delivery are sent by First Class Royal Mail and should usually arrive within 1-2 working days of your order being placed.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery – £7.95
testing Kits sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are sent First Class and should usually arrive within 1-2 working days of your order being received. Once your order has been sent we will email you the tracking reference with details on how to track you order online.
Returns
Customers change their minds and if you change your and wish to return your order for a refund, then you can.
We want the process to be as easy as possible. Please note, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You can return a product within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for your order (minus any postage). The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and components. All you pay for is the return postage. Please contact us by email at support@test4asbestos.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If you return your order to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right to return the order back to you or refund you the full amount minus the cost of replacing any damaged items.

Missing Items
If you receive your Testing Kit and something is missing then please contact us either by telephone 01371 700515 or email support@test4asbestos.com and we will put it right as soon as possible. We will then send any missing items out to you by next day special delivery if your requirment is urgent. We do not recommend using our testing Kit and we cannot be be held responsible for the use of your testing Kit if there is anything missing which you have not asked to be replaced before using the Testing Kit.
